Ann is an Infusion Specialist who has worked in infusion therapy exclusively for the past 12 years. She began her career at Deaconess Hospital, Evansville, Indiana, in 1974 in Surgical ICU until 1989, when she became coordinator of the hospitals IV team. During her 6 years with the IV team, she developed the PICC program at the hospital.

She is currently employed as the Infusion Specialist for Deaconess Home Services, a hospital based company, in Evansville, Indiana where she has worked since 1995. In her position she is responsible for training the Home Services nurses in Infusion therapy, reviewing and recommending new products, case management of Infusion patients, Process Improvement, Line tracking, and policy Writing. She is active on numerous hospital committees including PI, Infection Control and Nutrition Support Team.
