Surgeon Lt. Paul Guyver is a Military Surgical Trainee at the Military Hospital Derriford, Plymouth, England. He has been deployed as Role 1 medical support for the Royal Marine Commandos and other British forces in Afghanistan 2002 and during the Iraq war 2003. His experience also includes maritime operations as the Squadron Medical Officer for the NATO fleet Mediterranean in 2001.

Surgeon Cdr. A. W Lambert is a Consultant General Surgeon with an interest in Vascular and Trauma Surgery at the Military Hospital Derriford, Plymouth, England. His broad and lengthy experience as a military surgeon includes the Gulf War 1991 and UN operations in the former Yugoslavia. He has been operational on British aircraft carriers, Primary Carrier Receiving Ships and has worked with the Commando Forward Surgical Groups supporting the Royal Marine Commandos.
